Home Reports Complaints ISA Investors My Story Hiring Rates

After all the lies and false advertising, some students have found ways out of their ISA. Here, I will keep an updated list of states and what other students report to me. Just because your state does not have a law to protect you does not mean you should give up! Many states have laws regarding contracts signed under false pretenses. We have gathered hundreds of documents and screenshots showing false advertisement by Lambda Here is what you do:p>

- Contact Lambda and demand to be let out. Whether you are still in or not, inform Lambda you will share your story with as many people as you can if they do not release you. I have heard of this working for many students. If you want out this is the quickest / most painless way to go.

- Check the list and see how other students in your state have broken their contracts.

- Check the list for your state's regulatory body and contact them. This is how the process started in California and Texas. Regulatory agencies do not know if you do not tell them. Most states have laws which make Lambda's actions illegal but know most students cannot afford a lawyer to fight them on their behavior. They are betting on this false safety net. Please, call these agencies and they will spend the money to investigate if Lambda is breaking the law.

- If you have any information not already here (Agency Phone #, or Legal Update),  please email it to: exposelambdalies@gmail.com

- It may be worth noting, four students have told me in their states you can file a suit in small claims court to attempt to recoup money. While you most likely will not win, the overall goal is to have Lambda absolve your ISA. People are reporting Lambda will simply agree to throw out your ISA instead of going to court.

- The more people who send us information, the more we will have. I cannot research every state myself. Please come back for state updates weekly.

Get out of your ISA

Here is a list of states with laws that have protections. You wouldnt beleive how many people I have spoken with who agree lambda is uperating ilegally but they needs the complaints to start a formal investigation. If your state is here contact the agancy and read the laws mentioned. Even if your state doesnt have an exact law for your situation there is alot more than just the fact they operate ilegally. You need to do you part and call your state agencies

Also Make sure you leave a review with the BBB this is for sure a great step. https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/san-francisco/profile/data-analytics/lambda-school-1116-925800
